The Alexander family has been raising cattle on the same Hartselle soil for three generations. What started as a way of life has become a commitment to producing the best beef in North Alabama. Our cattle are born and raised right here on the farm — never bought at auction, never trucked in from somewhere else.
We practice rotational grazing to keep our pastures healthy and our animals thriving. Every animal spends its life on open pasture, breathing clean air and eating good grass. In the final weeks, we grain-finish for at least a month to develop the marbling and rich flavor that makes our beef something special.
When it's time for processing, we work with local Mennonite butchers who take the same kind of pride in their craft that we take in ours. No middlemen, no mystery — just good people raising good beef.
